This is how we work, and what we expect from each other. If it reads like you, you’re already one of us.

  1. Ship before you’re ready.

The first version is supposed to be embarrassing. The second one is supposed to exist. Waiting for ready is how most good ideas die.

  2. Customers over compliments.

A friend saying it’s cool is not a signal. Someone paying is. Someone coming back is. Build for them, not for applause.

  3. Build in public.

Show the work while it’s ugly. People can only help with what they can see, and nobody remembers the rough drafts anyway.

  4. Small is not a phase.

One person can run a real company now. Stay small on purpose if it works. Headcount is not a score.

  5. Use every tool.

AI does the work a team used to do. Refusing it isn’t a principle, it’s a handicap. Your taste and judgement are the part nobody can automate.

  6. Build from here.

You can build for the world from Kathmandu, Pokhara or Dharan. Start with the problems you can see from your window. Nobody else is closer to them.

  7. Give before you ask.

Test someone’s launch. Share what you learned. Make the intro. The community is exactly what everyone puts into it, nothing more.

  8. Finish things.

Ideas are free. Starting is common. Finishing is rare, and it compounds.
